How to Lose 20 Pounds or more a Month

Sliming down by, Eating yourself Thin!!!

I found the easiest way to lose this kind of weight in a reasonable amount time that doesn't leave you hungry all day. By eating 6 small meals a day, 2 1/2 to 3 hours apart. The foods you want to eat are easily digested by your body and you want to drink plenty of fluids and exercise, and the weight will seem to fly off. And what ever you do not eat Dairy on this plan.

  1. WATER:

You want to drink one gallon of water a day to help flush toxins from your body and to help move things along. or at least half your weight in ounces for example ( 120 pounds person should drink 60 ounces of water approximately 7.5 cups when the body is at rest but add the 2 to3 cups if your exercising), to replace the water you lose while exercising.

If you want and I would in courage you to drink green tea 3 times a day preferably before your meals with a little lemon and no sugar this will help you to lose weight and Improve brain function increase fat burning and it will stimulate your bowls to eliminate. In other cultures they Drink tea before every meal and they have less problems with weight and this is one of there habits that actually work to curve there apatite and maintain there weight

2. PROTEIN:

If your a women you want to eat 2.5 to 3 ounces of protein a meal and if your a man you want to eat 3 to 4 ounces of protein a meal. It is important to eat healthy protein preferably wild caught fish or grass feed beef (not suggested on this plan due to digestion time It take’s beef 12 to 48 hours to digest) or cage free brown eggs. Tuna, fish, and chicken breast are preferred but don’t eat chicken to much because it takes 3 to 3.5 hours to digest, and fish takes even less. Remember you want to meet that 2.5 to 3 hour time frame between meals to keep your fire burning.

3. FRUIT:

You want to eat fruit with 3 of your meals make sure the fruit your consuming is fruit with less sugar like apples, grapefruit and fruits like these and keep to suggested serving size each meal.

4. VEGETABLES:

The best digestible Vegetables to eat with the last 3 meals are water laden vegetables like salad, squash, tomatoes, carrots, onion, cucumbers, and lots more. these vegetables digest faster. You can eat as much of these as you want.

5. CARBS:

You can have 1 potato a day with one of your meals Like a sweet potato or any type of potato you would like. You decide which meal to add it too. Your body needs some carbs but not much.

6. EXERCISE:

You should exercise each day (but not necessary) If you can exercise you should walk 30 minutes a day everyday, and do upper body exercise one day and lower body workout the next, just alternate back in forth the whole week. This will help you tone and firm the loose skin as you lose the weight.

This is a daily meal outlook:

1st meal: Drink water or tea before you eat then 1 protein, and a fruit.

2nd meal: Drink water or tea before you eat then 1 protein, and 1 serving vegetables.

3rd meal: Drink water or tea before you eat then1 sweet potato, 1 protein, and 1 fruit

4th meal: Drink water or tea before you eat then 1 protein, and 1 vegetable.

5th meal: Drink water or tea before you eat then 1 protein, and 1 fruit.

6th meal: Drink water or tea before you eat then 1 protein, and 1 vegetable.

Now you can arrange these meals to what fits your life to make it easier for you. I would suggest to make sure you eat all your fruit meals before 2pm to keep your blood sugar under control.

If you follow this plan you will lose at least 20 pounds a month and lots of inches. I suggest you stay away from the scale and only weigh and check your inches once a month. Your body will be fluctuating through out the month because your exercising and gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. Don’t worry if your weight doesn’t seem to be changing at first, because your inches will. and after a little while everything will catch up so don’t be discouraged Just stick with it.

after doing this for a while you may Plato if this happens just add an extra meal a day for about 2 weeks then return to your regular schedule and the weight will continue to shed.
